Fulton Land Design Company was established in 1987 and has designed subdivisions and real estate developments throughout the Western United States.
The company acted as Project Director for Ysleta Homes, Inc. in El Paso, Texas, during which time the company coordinated the planning, engineering, construction and sales of a 130 lot subdivision to completion.
The company also acted as Project Director for Hidden Valley Ranch, Prescott, Arizona. Duties included coordinating the planning, engineering, and approval process for a 230 lot subdivision.
Fulton coordinated the planning, engineering, and approval process for the 7,600 acre master plan for Eagle Mountain, Utah. Eagle Mountain is Utah's newest city.
Planning included the design of 3 championship golf courses, an FAA approved airport, single family subdivisions, commercial projects, and multi-family projects.
James M. Peterson, the President of Fulton, has extensive experience on both sides of the table. He is a successful land planner for the private sector and has served with in various governmental planning and zoning positions.
He served as County Planning Director for Summit County, Coalville, Utah and as Manager of the Northwest Colorado Council of Governments, which consisted of a Federal Region of 6 Counties and 21 Municipalities. He was responsible for the coordination of total federal funds designated for the area and a working liaison with county commissioners, mayors, and city councils for each local government entity.
He was Bi-County Planning Director for Moffat and Rio Blanco Counties, Colorado and the Long Range Planning Director for Douglas County, Oregon.
Fulton gives New Century extensive "in-house" land planning and design abilities, and helps make New Century a full service Real Estate Development Service Company.
