Membership Cards

Each member shall be entitled to a plastic Membership Card
that must be presented upon registration
at any of the Vagabond Recreation Facilities
in order to obtain the membership benefits.

Said Membership Card shall be in the color designated
for the class of membership held.

All Membership Cards, except the Bronze Membership Cards,
shall bear a photo of the member and the embossed Membership Number.

The Membership Number shall be issued in accordance with
the numbering program established by the corporation.

Each class of membership. except bronze,
shall be entitled to have a card issued to the spouse
at no additional cost.

Should a member desire cards for minor children,
between the ages of 8 and 17 years of age,
they may be purchased for an additional $5.00 each.

Cards for Children will allow access to various facilities
and operations of the resort without the necessity
of the parents being present --
Consistent with the desires and instructions from the parents.

Children 18 years of age, and over, shall be
classified as guests of the Member and shall be charged accordingly.

The Board of Directors may direct a new membership card be issued
to replace any card alleged to have been lost, stolen or destroyed,
upon the making of an affidavit of that fact
by the person claiming the card to be lost, stolen or destroyed.

Vagabond Recreation shall be entitled to recognize
the exclusive right of a person registered on its books as a member.

Such person shall be entitled to all of the
benefits and privileges accorded to the class of membership held by the person.
