Officers and Directors

The Directors of New Century Technologies, Inc
shall also serve as the Directors of Vagabond Recreation.

The officers of Vagabond Recreation shall be chosen by the Board of Directors.

Discrimination

Vagabond Recreation is a private recreation club,
and as such claims the right to determine to whom,
and under what conditions, a membership will be offered,
however, membership shall not be denied because of
race, religion, national origin, or sex.

Further, Vagabond will not tolerate any type of discrimination
among its membership because of
race, religion, national origin, or sex.

Members who violate this provision will have
their membership terminated, and no refund of any kind will be made.

Using Club Equipment, Animals, and Facilities

If a member uses a piece of club equipment,
the member is fully responsible for the maintenance
and any necessary repairs of the equipment.

Should the member be staying at a "dude ranch" resort,
or other resort where animals are present,
the member is responsible for the proper handling
and care of any animals that may be used by the Member.

Should the member operate a motorized vehicle or boat, belonging to the Club,
the member must be properly licensed and trained
in the operation of the vehicle or boat
and either provide proof of adequate insurance
or purchase daily insurance at the resort.

General Provisions

Vagabond Recreation reserves the right to prosecute any member,
or guest, who tenders a check or credit card that
proves to be improper, is not honored by the bank or credit card company,
or, for such other reasons Vagabond Recreation
does not receive prompt payment as anticipated.

Vagabond Recreation will carry liability insurance
to protect itself from injuries or accidents that may occur
to any member or guest of the resort.

Vagabond reserves the right to pursue to the fullest extent of the law,
the collection of any losses incurred
because of the actions of a member, a member's family, or guest of a member.
